About Founder and Owner Sherilyn Przelomski, SHRM- SCP, PHR

From the customers they serve to the staff that gets everything done, we help small to medium sized businesses and non-profits organize and optimize some of the key areas of their day-to-day operations such as customer service training, compliance, audits and policy development. 

Founder and Owner Sherilyn Przelomski SHRM-SCP, PHR, a senior certified HR professional, event planner and public relations specialist, brings her years of corporate and business expertise to businesses and non-profits throughout the New Jersey shore area.

She partners with her clients to create custom solutions to identify staffing and recruitment needs, benefits assessment, customer service training, policy development. Plus, as an experienced event planner and public relations specialist, she helps her clients boost their visibility through a variety of custom events and media placement. 

Sherilyn believes in giving back to the local business community, and serves on the Executive Board of the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a team leader for LifeVest Inside- Dance for Kindness.
